Artwork & Product Information
Jenny West Art makes every reasonable effort to accurately represent artwork, dimensions, materials, framing options, prices, and other product information.
Because every original painting is handmade, variations in texture, surface, brushwork, layering, edges, and other characteristics are natural and are not considered defects.
Measurements may vary slightly.
Colors displayed online may also vary from the physical artwork because of photography, lighting, computer screens, mobile devices, and individual display settings.
Availability
Original artwork is one of a kind.
Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve it. An artwork is considered sold once payment has been successfully completed.
On rare occasions, an artwork may sell through another venue before website inventory can be updated. If this occurs after an online purchase, the purchaser will be contacted and the applicable payment refunded.
Pricing
Prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and may be changed at any time before purchase.
Jenny West Art reserves the right to correct accidental pricing, description, or technical errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, the purchaser will be contacted before the order is fulfilled.
Applicable taxes may be added during checkout where required.
Payment
Payment must be successfully completed before artwork is shipped unless a separate written payment arrangement has been made.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers available through the website.
Shipping & Delivery
Artwork is carefully packaged for shipment.
Estimated processing or delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs, holidays, insurance requirements, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Jenny West Art.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed shipment, or repeated delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the purchaser.
For international orders, the purchaser is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Returns
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged shipments are governed by the Returns & Exchanges Policy published on this website.

Framing
When framing is offered, photographs and descriptions are intended to provide a close representation of the finished presentation.
Because frame moulding and materials may contain natural or manufactured variations, minor differences in tone, texture, finish, or dimensions may occur.
Framed dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Commissions
Commissioned artwork is subject to these Terms & Conditions along with any additional terms agreed upon for the individual project.
A commission may require a deposit before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Deposits become non-refundable once work has begun.
Artistic interpretation remains at the discretion of the artist.
Minor differences from reference images, preliminary discussions, or digital mockups are expected in original hand-painted work.
Commissioned and personalized artwork is final sale.
Any additional commission agreement provided in writing will control if it conflicts with the general terms on this page.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork, paintings, images, photographs, written content, branding, designs, graphics, and other original material appearing on this website are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
Purchase of an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
Unless written permission has been granted by Jenny West Art, artwork may not be reproduced, copied, printed, distributed, commercially photographed, licensed, altered for commercial purposes, used to create merchandise, used for commercial promotional material, or otherwise commercially exploited.
Jenny West Art retains all copyright and reproduction rights to original artwork, including artwork that has been sold and commissioned artwork, unless those rights have been expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.
Jenny West Art may photograph and reproduce sold artwork for portfolio, archival, publication, promotional, print, social-media, website, or other artistic and business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Personal Use of Purchased Artwork
Purchasing an original painting or print gives you ownership of that physical artwork or print.
It does not grant ownership of the underlying image, design, copyright, or intellectual property.
